Yes. We work to the show's published move-in and move-out schedule and coordinate with your general contractor and any labor the venue requires. Send your exhibitor manual and booth or hall number with the request and we'll quote against the real dock times instead of estimating.

Yes, and San Diego's research corridor is a big reason we're here. Multi-day scientific meetings mean plants have to look identical on day three as on day one with no watering crew, and often need to work in windowless breakout rooms. We spec low-light-tolerant material for interior sessions and save the statement trees for registration, keynote, and the reception.

Weighted, low-profile, and salt-tolerant material. Bayfront terraces, Coronado lawns, and La Jolla bluffs get real afternoon wind, so we use heavy planters and structurally sturdy plants — olive, hardy palms, succulents, and dense ferns — rather than tall soft-stemmed tropicals that whip and topple. Tell us how exposed the site is and we'll spec and weight accordingly.

Pricing is per plant, and one rental price covers your event for up to three days. There's a $3,000 minimum per event. Delivery and setup are billed separately based on venue, move-in window, and install size. Most San Diego conference and reception builds land between $3,000 and $10,000; full-floor and multi-space programs can scale beyond $100,000.

Four to six weeks is ideal and larger builds want more. San Diego's calendar spikes hard — Comic-Con week, the big life-sciences and tech conferences, and the summer wedding and gala season all compress capacity citywide. If your date is inside one of those windows, earlier is genuinely better. Rush requests are often still possible; just ask.

Delivery, installation and styling to your floor plan, a walk-through with you before doors open, then full teardown and pickup after. You never lift, store, or return anything. We don't staff on-site watering during your event, so we choose and prep plants that hold their look for the full rental.

Yes. We're fully insured for every event and issue Certificates of Insurance on request. Send us the venue's requirements — the Convention Center, the Port district venues, and the resorts each have their own limits and additional-insured wording — and we'll file it with them directly.

We swap it. Our Southern California material is sourced and staged inside the region, so a replacement is a short drive rather than a day's haul.

A 50% deposit up front so we can source the exact plants and planters your event needs, and the remaining 50% one week before the event. Events fewer than 20 calendar days away are paid in full at booking, since sourcing and scheduling start immediately. We invoice, and nothing is due until you've seen and approved the proposal.

Yes. The same per-plant pricing covers a single statement tree at an entry or greenery throughout a listing, and we work to your showing calendar rather than a single date. La Jolla, Del Mar, and Coronado listings are the usual ask.
