Yes. We work to the show's published move-in and move-out schedule and coordinate with your general contractor and any labor the venue requires. Send your exhibitor manual and booth or hall number with the request and we'll quote against the real dock times instead of estimating.

Yes, and San Diego's research corridor is a big reason we're here. Multi-day scientific meetings mean plants have to look identical on day three as on day one with no watering crew, and often need to work in windowless breakout rooms. We spec low-light-tolerant material for interior sessions and save the statement trees for registration, keynote, and the reception.

Bayfront terraces, Coronado lawns, and La Jolla bluffs get real afternoon wind, so we use heavy planters and structurally sturdy plants — olive, hardy palms, succulents, and dense ferns — rather than tall soft-stemmed tropicals that whip and topple. Tell us how exposed the site is and we'll spec and weight accordingly.

Plant rental starts at a $3,000 minimum per event. Pricing is per plant for your agreed rental duration, with planters included. Delivery is a separate one-time $500 non-taxable charge. Longer rentals are quoted for the full period from drop-off through pickup. Your itemized proposal confirms plant selection, quantities, applicable plant-rental taxes, service responsibilities and the total before booking. Most San Diego conference and reception builds land between $3,000 and $10,000; full-floor and multi-space programs can scale beyond $100,000.

Four to six weeks is ideal and larger builds want more. San Diego's calendar spikes hard — Comic-Con week, the big life-sciences and tech conferences, and the summer wedding and gala season all compress capacity citywide. If your date is inside one of those windows, earlier is genuinely better. Rush requests are often still possible; just ask.

Live plants, their agreed planters, drop-off and event-agreed pickup. Your team or venue handles receiving, interior movement, placement and return to the agreed collection point. Setup, installation, custom-planter assembly and daily on-site care are not included. We confirm the handoff and who will receive and place the plants before booking.

Yes. We're fully insured for every event and issue Certificates of Insurance on request. Send us the venue's requirements — the Convention Center, the Port district venues, and the resorts each have their own limits and additional-insured wording — and we'll file it with them directly.

We swap it. Our Southern California material is sourced and staged inside the region, so a replacement is a short drive rather than a day's haul.

Full payment is due upon receipt of your invoice. Your approved proposal and invoice set out the payment terms and any agreed event-specific exceptions.

Yes. The same per-plant pricing covers a single statement tree at an entry or greenery throughout a listing, and we work to your showing calendar rather than a single date. La Jolla, Del Mar, and Coronado listings are the usual ask.
