Featured installation: San Francisco Bay Area
For a corporate leadership gathering, The Preserve coordinated an order itemizing 296 plants, plus separate special-order lots, across reception and hospitality spaces. See the outdoor bars, cocktail deck and indoor planting in this completed Bay Area project.
Complex filmed its conversation with Steph Curry in a plant-filled space styled by The Preserve. That same eye for scale, texture, and camera-ready detail guides every plant plan we create.

Good plants, thoughtfully placed, without another thing on your event-day list. We take care of the greenery from arrival to pickup.
We arrange delivery around your venue's move-in window and place each plant to the floor plan. You can keep your attention on the event.
Rooms read differently once they're built. We fine-tune the plant placements around your stage, seating and sightlines so everything feels right before doors open.
When the event wraps, we collect the plants inside your agreed strike window. Nothing for you to store, return or carry out.
Fully insured, with Certificates of Insurance available on request. Send us your venue's requirements and we'll take care of the paperwork.
We group our plants by what they do for a room, not by botanical name. Mix and match, and we'll help you put the look together.

Start with the spaces you want to bring to life: an entrance, a stage, a booth or a lounge. We'll suggest statement plants, smaller accents and planters that work together. A floor plan or room photos help us get the scale right.
The plant-rental minimum is $3,000 per event. Pricing is per plant and covers up to three days, counting load-in through pickup.
