Good to know

Big Sky questions.

A few helpful details for planning your event.

Can I add flowers to my plant rental?

Yes. We can include bud vases, centerpieces and bar arrangements in your plant-rental proposal. Flowers are quoted for your quantities, palette and date. The $3,000 plant-rental minimum still applies, plus the one-time $500 delivery charge. We don’t offer flower-only orders. Your team handles placement.

Where do you offer plant rentals around Big Sky?

Planning in Big Sky? Share your venue with us. We will review the location and confirm service coverage, plant availability and the handoff before booking.

Which Big Sky venues can I plan for?

Yellowstone Conference Center, hotels and private event spaces are starting points for planning. Venue references are examples, not affiliations. We review access, service windows and receiving arrangements for each request.

How much does event plant rental cost?

Our minimum is $3,000 per event. Pricing is per plant with planters included, plus a separate one-time $500 delivery charge. One rental price covers up to three days; longer rentals are quoted for the full agreed period. Your proposal confirms the scope and total before booking. Larger programs can scale beyond $100,000.

How far ahead should I inquire?

Four to six weeks is ideal, with more time helpful for larger orders. Shorter notice? Send your dates and we will check what is possible. Availability is confirmed for each event.

Can you work with a show at the Yellowstone Conference Center?

Share your show requirements and receiving arrangements with us. We review the permitted handoff, service windows and any required credentials before committing. Your team or appointed contractor handles movement inside the venue and placement.

Can I use rental plants outdoors?

Outdoor suitability depends on temperature, exposure and time outside. Share whether the space is sheltered or exposed and the full rental dates. We will confirm appropriate plants for the actual event; daily on-site care is not included.

Do you help with launches and brand activations?

Yes. Share the layout and creative direction, and we will suggest plants and planters that suit the look. We offer live-plant rentals; fresh floral design and scenery construction are outside our service.

What does the rental service include?

Live plants in the agreed planters, drop-off and event-agreed pickup. Your team or venue handles receiving, interior movement, placement and return to the agreed collection point. Setup, installation, on-site planter-box assembly and daily on-site care are not included.

Are you insured, and can you provide a COI?

Yes. The Preserve is fully insured and provides Certificates of Insurance on request. Send the venue requirements so we can review the required documentation.

How does payment work?

Payment is due upon receipt unless your approved proposal and invoice specify an agreed deposit arrangement. For a new deposit invoice, the remaining balance is due seven calendar days before the confirmed drop-off. The deposit amount is agreed separately.

Do you rent plants for staging in Big Sky?

Yes. We can plan greenery around a property and its showing calendar, subject to availability. The $3,000 minimum applies, and longer rentals are quoted for the full period. Ongoing plant maintenance is not offered.

Do you rent plants for corporate holiday parties?

Yes. Live plants can bring warmth to a company holiday party, end-of-year dinner or seasonal reception. Share your dates and venue so we can check availability and plan greenery to suit the space.

Can I add custom planter boxes?

Yes. Custom wooden planter boxes are made to order and yours to keep, with or without plant rentals. Standard rental planters remain included with your plants; custom boxes are purchased separately. Explore custom planter boxes →

What happens to the boxes after the event?

Purchased boxes belong to you. Your team handles placement and arranges their removal after the event. We collect the rental plants and rental planters at the agreed collection point.

Still wondering something? Just ask →

A little greener, in more ways than one.

You get the look for the occasion, without buying plants you'll need to care for afterward. When the event wraps, we collect everything. Beautiful greenery while you need it; one less thing on your list when you're done.
