Yes. We serve Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island. Most requests center on Manhattan, the Brooklyn waterfront, and Long Island City; for any venue, we confirm the loading plan, travel window, and scope before quoting. This page does not promise service outside New York City.

We scope events for the Javits Center; Hudson Yards and west-side rooms including The Shed and Convene at 30 Hudson Yards; Chelsea Piers, the Altman Building, and Metropolitan Pavilion; landmark Manhattan rooms and museums; downtown spaces from Brookfield Place to the Financial District; Brooklyn venues including Duggal Greenhouse, Brooklyn Museum, and Weylin; and Long Island City rooms including The Foundry and Museum of the Moving Image. Send the venue and date and we will confirm access before proposing.

Pricing is per plant, and one rental price covers your event for up to three days. There is a $3,000 minimum per event. Delivery and setup are billed separately based on the borough, building access, move-in window, and size of the install. Most New York City conference and activation builds land at $3,000–$12,000. Full-floor, multi-zone, and multi-city programs can scale beyond $100,000.

Four to six weeks is ideal, and larger builds want more. Dates tighten around major Javits runs, spring and fall conference calendars, fashion-week programs, and the holiday-event season. Rush requests can still be possible; send the date, venue, and approximate scope and we will tell you what is realistic.

Yes, subject to the rules for your event and the facility. Javits has exhibit halls, meeting rooms, the River Pavilion, and North Javits event spaces, and its policies reserve some work for facility employees. Send the exhibitor manual, booth number, appointed contractor, and move-in instructions; we will shape delivery and placement around the approved access plan instead of guessing.

They can, if the plant list matches the season and exposure. Summer heat, reflected sun, and waterfront wind need a different mix from a sheltered terrace; winter cold can rule out tender tropicals outdoors altogether. Tell us whether the space is covered, how long it runs, and when guests arrive. We will recommend interior placement, hardy seasonal material, or a protected outdoor plan as conditions require. We do not staff on-site watering during events.

Yes. Activations, press days, fashion-week programs, pop-ups, and launches in Manhattan lofts, Brooklyn warehouses, and Long Island City production rooms follow the same process: send the deck, floor plan, and access notes, and we will build a proposal around the real room. We rent and install plants and planters; scenic construction stays with your production team.

Delivery, installation and styling to your floor plan, a walk-through with you before doors open, then full teardown and pickup inside the approved strike window. You never lift, store, or return anything. The one thing we do not do is stay on site to water during your event, so we choose and prep plants for the full rental.

Yes. We are fully insured for every event and provide Certificates of Insurance on request. Send the venue's limits, additional-insured wording, and deadline with your inquiry. New York convention centers, museums, towers, and waterfront venues often have their own forms and access requirements, so earlier is better.

Tell us as soon as it happens. We stage material in the Northeast and plan backup stock for larger builds; replacement timing depends on the plant, borough, venue access, and whether the event is still inside an approved service window. We will give you the fastest realistic option.

A 50% deposit is due up front so we can source the exact plants and planters your event needs, and the remaining 50% is due one week before the event. Events fewer than 20 calendar days away are paid in full at booking, since sourcing and scheduling start immediately. We invoice — no payment is taken before you have seen and approved the proposal.

Yes. Stagers and listing agents are a real part of our business. The same per-plant pricing covers a statement tree in an entry or greenery through a whole listing. Send the address, building access rules, photo date, and showing calendar so we can quote the delivery and pickup correctly.
