Yes. We can include bud vases, centerpieces and bar arrangements in your plant-rental proposal. Flowers are quoted for your quantities, palette and date. The $3,000 plant-rental minimum still applies, plus the one-time $500 delivery charge. We don’t offer flower-only orders. Your team handles placement.
Yes. We rent live plants for company holiday parties, office celebrations, employee appreciation events and corporate dinners. We review plant-rental requests across Los Angeles County and Orange County by arrangement, including Downtown, the Westside, the South Bay, the valleys, and Long Beach. For Ventura or another nearby destination, send the venue and schedule. Availability and the drop-off and pickup plan are confirmed before booking.
Send the venue address, room or booth number, floor plan, and move-in and pickup windows. Include dock or freight-elevator access, any stairs, placement restrictions, and venue insurance requirements. For an outdoor space, tell us about shade, sun, wind, and how long the plants will be exposed.
Plant rental starts at a $3,000 minimum per event. Pricing is per plant for your agreed rental duration, with planters included. Delivery is a separate one-time $500 charge. Longer rentals are quoted for the full period from drop-off through pickup. Your itemized proposal confirms plant selection, quantities, service responsibilities and the total before booking.
Tell us the spaces you want to frame and the effect you want: a statement at an entrance, a backdrop around a stage, or smaller accents through a lounge. Include ceiling and screen heights, usable floor space, and aisle clearances. We recommend plant and planter options, with sizes and quantities confirmed in the proposal. Four to six weeks is ideal, with more lead time for larger or more complex plant selections. For a closer date, include your deadline in the inquiry and we will check availability. An inquiry starts the planning process; it does not reserve plants or the event date.
Include the show name, hall and booth number, current exhibitor manual, and assigned move-in and move-out windows. We review access, required labor, and any venue charges with the proposed plant scope before confirming the plan. The booking must account for the requirements of your specific show.
Tell us whether the space is shaded, covered, or exposed, along with event dates and the time plants will spend outdoors. We review plant suitability and placement for the conditions before booking. We do not staff on-site watering during events, so the plant selection and rental duration need to fit the setting.
Yes. We plan rental greenery for activations, launches, press events, and pop-ups. Share the creative direction, layout, and the zones that need plants, such as a product display, entrance, or lounge. The proposal includes plant and planter options and reference images, with selection and availability confirmed for the event.
Live plants, their agreed planters, drop-off and event-agreed pickup. Your team or venue handles receiving, interior movement, placement and return to the agreed collection point. Setup, installation, on-site planter-box assembly and daily on-site care are not included. We confirm the handoff and who will receive and place the plants before booking.
Yes. The Preserve is fully insured and provides Certificates of Insurance on request. Send the venue requirements early so coverage and paperwork can be reviewed before load-in.
