Good to know

Los Angeles questions.

Rental terms, plant choices, and logistics to help you prepare a useful event brief.

Do you serve Los Angeles County and nearby areas?

We review plant-rental requests across Los Angeles County and Orange County by arrangement, including Downtown, the Westside, the South Bay, the valleys, and Long Beach. For Ventura or another nearby destination, send the venue and schedule. Availability and the delivery, installation, and pickup plan are confirmed before booking.

What information do you need about my Los Angeles venue?

Send the venue address, room or booth number, floor plan, and move-in and pickup windows. Include dock or freight-elevator access, any stairs, placement restrictions, and venue insurance requirements. For an outdoor space, tell us about shade, sun, wind, and how long the plants will be exposed.

How much does event plant rental cost in Los Angeles?

The plant-rental minimum is $3,000 per event. Pricing is per plant and covers up to three days, counting load-in through pickup. Delivery and setup are quoted separately. Plant selection, quantities, longer rental periods, and venue requirements affect the proposal. The final scope and total are confirmed before booking.

What plant sizes work for a stage, booth, or lounge?

Tell us the spaces you want to frame and the effect you want: a statement at an entrance, a backdrop around a stage, or smaller accents through a lounge. Include ceiling and screen heights, usable floor space, and aisle clearances. We recommend plant and planter options, with sizes and quantities confirmed in the proposal. Explore the plant collections for layout ideas.

How far ahead should I book a Los Angeles event?

Four to six weeks is ideal, with more lead time for larger or more complex installations. For a closer date, include your deadline in the inquiry and we will check availability. An inquiry starts the planning process; it does not reserve plants or the event date.

What should I send for a Los Angeles Convention Center event?

Include the show name, hall and booth number, current exhibitor manual, and assigned move-in and move-out windows. We review access, required labor, and any venue charges with the proposed plant scope before confirming the plan. The booking must account for the requirements of your specific show.

Can I use rental plants for an outdoor Los Angeles event?

Tell us whether the space is shaded, covered, or exposed, along with event dates and the time plants will spend outdoors. We review plant suitability and placement for the conditions before booking. We do not staff on-site watering during events, so the plant selection and rental duration need to fit the setting.

Do you handle brand activations, launches, and press events?

Yes. We plan rental greenery for activations, launches, press events, and pop-ups. Share the creative direction, layout, and the zones that need plants, such as a product display, entrance, or lounge. The proposal includes plant and planter options and reference images, with selection and availability confirmed for the event.

What does full service include?

Delivery, installation and styling to the agreed floor plan, followed by teardown and pickup. Delivery and setup are quoted separately from the plant rental. Access and timing are agreed before booking; flag early, overnight, or short move-out windows in your inquiry. We do not staff on-site watering during the event.

Are you insured, and can you provide a COI?

Yes. The Preserve is fully insured and provides Certificates of Insurance on request. Send the venue requirements early so coverage and paperwork can be reviewed before load-in.

What if a rental plant gets damaged during my event?

Contact us so we can arrange a replacement. Timing and access are coordinated for your event.

How do deposits and payment work?

Standard terms are a 50% deposit, with the balance due one week before load-in. Events fewer than 20 calendar days away require full payment at booking. Your approved proposal and invoice set the dates and terms.

Do you rent plants for home staging and open houses in Los Angeles?

Yes. Send the property location, showing dates, desired pickup date, and the areas you want to style. We confirm a suitable plant selection and a quote for the full rental duration. The $3,000 minimum applies, and delivery and setup are quoted separately.
