Every photo here is real: our plants at Bay Area events, staged homes, and our own shop. No stock photos.

When Complex filmed Steph Curry for an episode of 360 With Speedy, they shot the whole conversation inside our shop. We like to think that says something about how the place looks.

Our job is simple: the plants show up on time, look great for the whole event, and disappear when it's over.
We work within your venue's move-in window and place every plant according to your floor plan.
Before doors open, we walk the room with you and adjust anything that doesn't look right.
When the event ends, we collect everything before your move-out deadline. There's nothing for you to store or return.
We're fully insured, and we send your venue whatever paperwork it needs without you having to ask twice.
We group our plants by what they do for a room, not by botanical name. Mix and match, and we'll help you put the look together.

Tabletop–3 ft · vessel-matched setsSend us your dates, your layout if you have one, and the look you're going for. A rough sketch or a few inspiration photos are plenty.
We send an itemized proposal with photos of the actual plants, suggested placements, and one clear price.
Our crew works your move-in window and fine-tunes the room with you before doors open.
We tear down and haul everything away before your move-out deadline. The plants come home to our shop.
Trade shows, conferences, launches, and galas. We build booth packages, stage backdrops, and lounges that hold up across a multi-day event.
Plants that photograph well and hold up through weeks of showings. We deliver, place, and swap them out as your listings turn over.
Open houses, broker events, and model units. A tall tree at the entry changes how a home feels the moment the door opens.
We serve the greater Bay Area and much of Northern California. Every delivery starts and ends at our San Jose shop.
Somewhere else in Northern California? Ask. We travel for the right event.

We serve the greater Bay Area: San Jose, the Peninsula, San Francisco, and the East Bay, with the rest of Northern California by arrangement. Every Bay Area plant starts and ends its trip at our San Jose shop.
Anywhere in our service area, including convention centers like San Jose McEnery, Moscone Center, and the Santa Clara Convention Center, plus corporate campuses, hotels, galleries, and private homes. Loading docks, service elevators, and early-morning load-ins are a normal part of our week.

Yes, stagers and real estate agents are some of our best clients. The same per-plant pricing works for a single tree in a living room or plants for a whole listing. Tell us your timeline and we'll build the quote around it.
Yes. Our largest event to date was a $40,000 build across a full convention floor. We source plants and planters to order, so we can scale to whatever your event needs.
Pricing is per plant, and one rental price covers your event for up to three days. There's a $1,000 minimum per event. Delivery and setup are billed separately based on your venue and how big the job is.
Four to six weeks ahead is ideal, and bigger orders need more lead time. We can often handle rush requests too. Reach out and we'll tell you right away what's possible for your date.
Delivery, installation and styling to your floor plan, then full teardown and pickup afterward. You don't lift or store anything. One note: we don't stay on site to water during your event, so we choose and prep plants that look their best for the length of your rental.
We'll swap it out. We keep healthy backups close to every market we serve, so a replacement is a short drive rather than a lost evening.
Yes. We're fully insured for every event and provide Certificates of Insurance on request. Send us your venue's requirements and we'll handle the paperwork.
We take a 50% deposit up front so we can source the exact plants and pots your event needs. The remaining 50% is due one week before the event.
Not at the moment. We focus on event rentals so we can do them really well.

Renting is reusing. One ficus can appear at dozens of events over its lifetime, and nothing ends up in a dumpster when yours is over.
