See what greenery changes
A creative decision, from the start
The room is part
of the message.
A stage, a screen, a perfect brand palette. The room can have all three and still feel impersonal. Living plants bring an organic layer to a space built around straight lines, equipment, and temporary structures.
For an internal creative director, that means another way to express the brief: a warmer welcome for employees, a more relaxed setting for customers, or a lounge that feels like somewhere to settle in.

01 / Give people a place to gather
Make hospitality
feel human.
A tree gives the bar a visual anchor. Ferns soften the base. Together, they make a service point feel more connected to the occasion.
Customer receptions, employee celebrations, and conversation areas after a keynote.
02 / Add depth to the brand world
Keep the drama.
Add something living.
Broad leaves catch the red light and break up the steel around them. The room keeps its bold palette, with more texture and depth around the tables.
Product launches, leadership dinners, and branded environments with a strong lighting concept.

03 / Carry the feeling through
The welcome starts
before the main room.
Repeated trees and ferns give a long deck rhythm. Greenery links the spaces and helps the route feel considered from the first step.
Campus gatherings, conference arrivals, and the transitions between presentation and hospitality spaces.
From brand guidelines to a welcoming space
Give greenery a job
in the creative brief.
Start with what the space should do for people. Then choose the plant forms, scale, and placement to support it.
- 01A clear first impression
- Frame the arrival point with height. Give guests a visual welcome while keeping registration, signage, and routes easy to see.
- 02A place for conversation
- Use loose groups around seating to give lounges a sense of enclosure, with open paths between them.
- 03A considered camera view
- Plan for the actual crop. Layer foliage behind speakers or beside the stage, keeping faces, screens, and brand marks clear.
- 04A look that belongs to the brand
- Match the silhouette to the mood: broad leaves for fullness, airy fronds for softness, branching trees for an open, sculptural feel.

Before the
mood board.
Why use greenery in corporate event design?
Greenery adds organic shape, texture, and a sense of scale to corporate events. It can soften a large room, frame a gathering area, and connect the look across arrival, presentation, and hospitality spaces. The right placement supports the feeling in your creative brief.
Can you work with our internal creative and events teams?
Yes. Share your creative direction, mood board, room plan, and dates. We help you choose plants and planters for the look, then provide reference photos and an itemized proposal your team can review. Your team retains creative direction and handles on-site placement.
What does event plant rental include?
Live plants, agreed decorative planters, drop-off, and event-agreed pickup. Your team or venue handles receiving, interior movement, placement, and return to the agreed collection point. Setup, installation, custom-planter assembly, and daily on-site care are not included.
What is the minimum for an event?
Our plant-rental minimum is $3,000 per event, with planters included. Delivery is a separate, one-time $500 charge. Your proposal confirms the plant selection, rental period, and full customer total.
Do you support events in different cities?
Yes. We serve the Bay Area and cities across California and the U.S. You can work with one Preserve point person across the cities we serve. Plant selection, availability, and drop-off and pickup arrangements are confirmed for each event.
Can we use these ideas for a temporary workplace event?
Yes. The same approach can frame a town hall, employee celebration, campus reception, or temporary lounge. Send the event dates and room details so we can plan an event rental that fits the space.
