Plant rentals, from drop-off to pickup
Here’s what we take care of.
We’ll help you choose the greenery and agree on drop-off and pickup details before you book. Your team or venue handles receiving the plants and placing them in the room.

We bring your plants to the agreed receiving point at the confirmed time. Your team takes them inside and places them where they belong.

Share a floor plan, a few inspiration photos or simply the feel you’re after. We’ll help you choose plants and included planters to suit the space.

After the event, your team returns the plants to the agreed collection point. We collect them in the confirmed pickup window.

You’ll work with one Preserve point person across the cities we serve. We’ll help choose the plants for each space and confirm availability, pricing, drop-off and pickup for each event.

We drop off your plants at the agreed receiving point and time. Your team or venue moves them inside and places them in the room.
Have them ready for pickup
Your team brings the plants back to the agreed collection point. We collect them in the confirmed window.

A few helpful details.
Do you rent plants for holiday and corporate parties?
Yes. We rent live plants for company holiday parties, office celebrations, employee appreciation events and corporate dinners. Think welcoming entrances, greenery around the bar and relaxed lounge areas. Share your date, venue and preferred look so we can confirm the plant selection, drop-off and pickup. Can I plan an event from another city?
Yes. You can plan from anywhere. Choose the city where your event will take place, then share the venue and dates so we can confirm availability.
Can you help with a multi-city event program?
Yes. You’ll have one Preserve point person across the cities we serve. Send us your itinerary, even if some dates are still taking shape. We confirm the plant selection, availability and pricing for each event separately.
Do you serve every city in the United States?
We currently serve the 30 markets listed above and continue to expand. If your event is somewhere else, email us the location and dates. We’ll let you know whether we can help before you make plans around our service.
What is the minimum, and are planters included?
The plant-rental minimum is $3,000 per event, with planters included. There’s a separate one-time $500 delivery charge for each event. Your proposal sets out the rental period, selection and plant-rental-and-delivery estimate before booking. Payment is due upon receipt.
Who places the plants at the venue?
Your team or venue receives the plants, moves them inside and places them in the room. We provide the plants, drop-off and agreed pickup. When the event is over, your team returns the plants to the agreed collection point for pickup.
Can we keep a similar look across different cities?
Yes, we can work toward the same overall look. The exact plant varieties, sizes, quantities and planters depend on availability in each city. We confirm the selection in each event’s proposal.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. We’re fully insured and can provide a COI on request. Send your venue’s requirements with your event details so we can review them.

Bring living plants into the room without taking on their care after the event. After pickup, they return to our rental collection for another occasion.
