Do you serve all of New Jersey?
Yes. We offer plant rentals with drop-off and pickup across North, Central and South Jersey, including the shore and all 21 counties. Plant availability, access, dates and the receiving and collection arrangements are confirmed for each event before booking.
Which New Jersey venues can I request a rental for?
We welcome inquiries for convention centers, hotels, corporate campuses, cultural venues and private event spaces. Examples include Meadowlands Exposition Center, the New Jersey Convention and Exposition Center in Edison, Hyatt Regency Jersey City, NJPAC, Hyatt Regency Princeton, Atlantic City convention venues and the Wildwoods Convention Center. Venue names are location examples, not endorsements or claims of previous work.
How much does event plant rental cost in New Jersey?
Our minimum is $3,000 per event. Pricing is per plant, with planters included. One rental price covers up to three days; longer rentals are quoted for the full agreed period. Delivery is a separate one-time $500 non-taxable charge. Your proposal lists quantities, plant-rental taxes and the total. Typical conference and activation projects are around $3,000–$12,000; larger, multi-zone or multi-city programs can scale beyond $100,000.
How far ahead should I book?
Four to six weeks is ideal, especially for larger orders. If you have a shorter lead time, send us the date and approximate scope and we’ll let you know what is possible.
Can you deliver for a trade show in Secaucus, Edison or Atlantic City?
Yes, subject to the show’s contractor and venue requirements. Send the exhibitor manual, booth number and delivery windows so we can confirm the handoff. Your team or the venue’s authorized labor handles movement from the receiving point to the booth, placement and return for pickup. Drop-off service does not establish an exemption from badges or exhibitor-appointed-contractor requirements.
What is included in the rental service?
Live plants, their agreed planters, drop-off and event-agreed pickup. Your team or venue handles receiving, interior movement, placement and return to the collection point. Setup, installation, custom-planter assembly and daily on-site care are not included. We confirm who will receive and place the plants before booking.
Do you provide fresh flowers or floral arrangements?
We focus on live plant rentals and greenery. Fresh-cut arrangements and floral-design services are outside our scope.
Can you help with launches, galas and outdoor events?
Yes. We can propose living greenery for launches, receptions, galas and outdoor gatherings. Tell us about the room or outdoor setting and the look you want; the proposed plants and rental period are confirmed in your quote.
Are you insured, and can you provide a COI?
Yes. We are fully insured and provide Certificates of Insurance on request. Share your venue’s insurance and access requirements with the event details.
What happens if a plant is damaged?
Let us know promptly and send a photo so we can arrange a replacement with you. Timing depends on the available plants and venue access. Your approved rental terms explain damage responsibility and replacement arrangements.
When is payment due?
Full payment is due upon receipt of your invoice. Your approved proposal and invoice confirm the scope, dates, total and any agreed event-specific terms.
Do you rent plants for staging and open houses?
Yes. We offer plant rentals for home staging, model units, open houses and broker events, with planters included and an agreed rental period. The $3,000 minimum applies, and your team handles placement and return to the pickup point. We do not provide ongoing office or retail plant maintenance.
