Dates, venue, booth or room number, and the look you want. A floor plan helps; a few inspiration photos are plenty if you don't have one.
Get a proposal
Plant options, reference images and suggested placements, with planters included in each plant price and a separate one-time $500 non-taxable delivery charge.
We drop off your plants
We drop off your plants at the agreed time and receiving point. Your team or venue handles movement inside the building and placement.
We pick everything up
Your team returns the plants to the agreed collection point. We pick them up in the confirmed window and bring them back into the rental rotation.

Do you serve all of Orange County?
Yes. Anaheim, Santa Ana, Irvine, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Laguna, Yorba Linda, and south through Mission Viejo to San Clemente. Plants are staged in Irvine, and delivery is arranged around your venue and event schedule.
Where do the plants actually come from?
Plants are grown and staged in Irvine to our specification. We coordinate the plant selection and delivery handoff.
Can you work at the Anaheim Convention Center?
Yes. We schedule against your move-in window, coordinate with the general service contractor, and send the COI ahead of load-in. Anaheim runs a tight dock, so tell us your target time and we build backwards from it.
How much does event plant rental cost in Orange County?
Plant rental starts at a $3,000 minimum per event. Pricing is per plant for your agreed rental duration, with planters included. Delivery is a separate one-time $500 non-taxable charge. Longer rentals are quoted for the full period from drop-off through pickup. Your itemized proposal confirms plant selection, quantities, applicable plant-rental taxes, service responsibilities and the total before booking.
How far ahead should I book?
Four to six weeks is comfortable. Anaheim show weeks and the spring gala season book earlier, so if your date falls in those windows, ask sooner even if the floor plan is not final.
Our event is outdoors in Newport or Laguna. What holds up in coastal wind?
We plan for it. Heavier pots, lower centres of gravity, staking where it is needed, and species that take salt air and afternoon sun. Tell us how exposed the site is and we choose accordingly.
Do you do brand activations and product launches?
Yes, and they suit us. Activations usually want a specific look rather than a plant list, so send the deck and we will propose material that matches it and photographs the way you need.
What does the plant rental service include?
Live plants, their agreed planters, drop-off and event-agreed pickup. Your team or venue handles receiving, interior movement, placement and return to the agreed collection point. Setup, installation, custom-planter assembly and daily on-site care are not included. We confirm the handoff and who will receive and place the plants before booking.
Are you insured? Can you provide a COI for my Orange County venue?
Yes. We are fully insured and send Certificates of Insurance straight to the venue in the format it requires, before load-in. Send the venue's insurance requirements with your enquiry and we will handle it.
What if a plant gets damaged during my event?
We swap it. Contact us when a plant needs attention, and we will coordinate a replacement with your event team and venue.
How do deposits and payment work?
Full payment is due upon receipt of your invoice. Your approved proposal and invoice set out the payment terms and any agreed event-specific exceptions.
Do you work Los Angeles and San Diego too?
Yes. We also serve Los Angeles and San Diego. Send the dates and venues for a multi-city program so we can coordinate one proposal and delivery plan.
