For a corporate leadership gathering, The Preserve coordinated an order itemizing 296 plants, plus separate special-order lots, across reception and hospitality spaces. See the outdoor bars, cocktail deck and indoor planting in this completed Bay Area project.
Complex filmed its conversation with Steph Curry in a plant-filled space styled by The Preserve. That same eye for scale, texture, and camera-ready detail guides every plant plan we create.

Orange County venues run tight dock schedules and most of them want paperwork before anyone touches the floor. Your job is to tell us the room and the look. Ours is that none of the rest lands on your desk.
We arrange delivery from Irvine around your venue's move-in schedule and place every plant to your floor plan.
Before doors open we walk the room with you and move anything that isn't sitting right. Rooms always read differently once they're built.
We strike inside your move-out window, including the overnight strikes the Anaheim and OC Fair schedules often demand. Nothing left for your GC.
Fully insured, with COIs sent straight to the venue in the format it asks for. Anaheim, Segerstrom, and the Newport resorts each want something slightly different; we handle it.
We group our plants by what they do for a room, not by botanical name. Mix and match, and we'll help you put the look together.

Ferns, succulents, and trailing pothos in matching pots. The finishing touches for a lounge or a staged home.
Tabletop–3 ft · vessel-matched setsFrom the Anaheim halls to the Newport waterfront, these are the rooms we are asked for most. Tell us the venue and we will tell you what fits through the door and what survives the run.
The largest exhibit hall on the West Coast. Booth greenery, registration moments, and mainstage plantings built to hold a full show run.
Costa Mesa. Indoor halls and open lots, with material chosen to take sun and wind through a multi-day build.
Lobby and courtyard greenery for galas and opening nights, sized to read from the mezzanine.
Arena floor conversions, suites, and premium club spaces on tight turnaround.
Ballroom, terrace, and lawn work along Newport Center and the harbour, including coastal wind planning.
All-hands, launches, and recruiting events across the Spectrum and the tech corridor. Low-light material for interiors.
Cliffside terraces and beach clubs, with pots weighted and staked for exposure.
Theatre lobbies and pre-function spaces where the greenery has to move fast between shows.
Delivering across
Dates, venue, booth or room number, and the look you want. A floor plan helps; a few inspiration photos are plenty if you don't have one.
An itemized proposal with photos of the actual plants, suggested placements, and one clear price — including the Orange County delivery and labor line.
Our crew works your move-in window and fine-tunes the room with you before doors open.
We strike and haul everything out before your move-out deadline. The plants go back into rotation, not a dumpster.
Multi-day shows at the Anaheim Convention Center and the OC Fair & Event Center. Booth packages, registration statements, and lounges built to survive a full exhibit run without a watering crew.
Activations, launches, and press days across Irvine, Costa Mesa, and the Newport waterfront. You send the deck and the layout; we send a proposal with photos of the actual plants, not a mood board.
All-hands, offsites, and client dinners across the Irvine Spectrum and Newport Center. Recurring work priced so the second event is easier to sign off than the first.
Galas at Segerstrom, the Grove, and the resort ballrooms, where the room has to photograph well and the budget has to survive a board review.

Yes. Anaheim, Santa Ana, Irvine, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Laguna, Yorba Linda, and south through Mission Viejo to San Clemente. Plants are staged in Irvine, and delivery is arranged around your venue and event schedule.
Plants are grown and staged in Irvine to our specification. We handle the styling and run the job.
Yes. We schedule against your move-in window, coordinate with the general service contractor, and send the COI ahead of load-in. Anaheim runs a tight dock, so tell us your target time and we build backwards from it.
Our minimum is $3,000 per event, while convention, campus, and multi-space programs can scale beyond $100,000. One rental price covers the event for up to three days. Delivery and install are quoted separately by venue and scope.
Four to six weeks is comfortable. Anaheim show weeks and the spring gala season book earlier, so if your date falls in those windows, ask sooner even if the floor plan is not final.
We plan for it. Heavier pots, lower centres of gravity, staking where it is needed, and species that take salt air and afternoon sun. Tell us how exposed the site is and we choose accordingly.
Yes, and they suit us. Activations usually want a specific look rather than a plant list, so send the deck and we will propose material that matches it and photographs the way you need.
Delivery into your move-in window, placement to your floor plan, an on-site walk before doors open, and full strike at the end. You do not water anything and you do not store anything.
Yes. We are fully insured and send Certificates of Insurance straight to the venue in the format it requires, before load-in. Send the venue's insurance requirements with your enquiry and we will handle it.
We swap it. Contact us when a plant needs attention, and we will coordinate a replacement with your event team and venue.
A 50% deposit confirms the date, and the remaining 50% is due one week before the event. Events fewer than 20 calendar days away are paid in full at booking, since sourcing and scheduling start immediately. We invoice; no card is kept on file. For recurring corporate work we can set simpler terms after the first event.
Yes. We also serve Los Angeles and San Diego. Send the dates and venues for a multi-city program so we can coordinate one proposal and delivery plan.

Renting is reusing. One ficus can appear at dozens of events over its lifetime, and nothing ends up in a dumpster when yours is over.
