What we take care of.
Orange County venues run tight dock schedules and most of them want paperwork before anyone touches the floor. Your job is to tell us the room and the look. Ours is that none of the rest lands on your desk.
Delivery & install
We load out of Irvine, not San Jose, so a Costa Mesa or Anaheim call time is a short drive rather than an overnight haul. We place every plant to your floor plan.
On-site styling
Before doors open we walk the room with you and move anything that isn't sitting right. Rooms always read differently once they're built.
Pickup & teardown
We strike inside your move-out window, including the overnight strikes the Anaheim and OC Fair schedules often demand. Nothing left for your GC.
Insured & papered
Fully insured, with COIs sent straight to the venue in the format it asks for. Anaheim, Segerstrom, and the Newport resorts each want something slightly different; we handle it.

Dates, venue, booth or room number, and the look you want. A floor plan helps; a few inspiration photos are plenty if you don't have one.
Get a proposal
An itemized proposal with photos of the actual plants, suggested placements, and one clear price — including the LA delivery and labor line.
We install & style
Our crew works your move-in window and fine-tunes the room with you before doors open.
We pick everything up
We strike and haul everything out before your move-out deadline. The plants go back into rotation, not a dumpster.

Orange County is the one Southern California market where our fulfilment is genuinely local. The greenhouse is in Irvine, which puts most of the county inside a half-hour drive of the material.

Do you serve all of Orange County?
Yes. Anaheim, Santa Ana, Irvine, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Laguna, Yorba Linda, and south through Mission Viejo to San Clemente. Our partner greenhouse is in Irvine, so most of the county sits inside a short drive.
Where do the plants actually come from?
An Irvine greenhouse run by our Southern California growing partner. We do not ship plants down from San Jose. Material is grown and staged locally, to our specification, and we do the styling and run the job.
Can you work at the Anaheim Convention Center?
Yes. We schedule against your move-in window, coordinate with the general service contractor, and send the COI ahead of load-in. Anaheim runs a tight dock, so tell us your target time and we build backwards from it.
How much does event plant rental cost in Orange County?
Our minimum is $3,000 per event, and most Orange County jobs land between $3,000 and $40,000. One rental price covers the event for up to three days. Delivery and install are quoted separately by venue and scope.
How far ahead should I book?
Four to six weeks is comfortable. Anaheim show weeks and the spring gala season book earlier, so if your date falls in those windows, ask sooner even if the floor plan is not final.
Our event is outdoors in Newport or Laguna. What holds up in coastal wind?
We plan for it. Heavier pots, lower centres of gravity, staking where it is needed, and species that take salt air and afternoon sun. Tell us how exposed the site is and we choose accordingly.
Do you do brand activations and product launches?
Yes, and they suit us. Activations usually want a specific look rather than a plant list, so send the deck and we will propose material that matches it and photographs the way you need.
What does full service include?
Delivery into your move-in window, placement to your floor plan, an on-site walk before doors open, and full strike at the end. You do not water anything and you do not store anything.
Are you insured? Can you provide a COI for my Orange County venue?
Yes. We are fully insured and send Certificates of Insurance straight to the venue in the format it requires, before load-in. Send the venue's insurance requirements with your enquiry and we will handle it.
What if a plant gets damaged during my event?
It happens on live jobs and it is priced in. We carry replacements, and because the greenhouse is in Irvine rather than 400 miles away, a swap during a multi-day show is a short drive rather than a lost look.
How do deposits and payment work?
A deposit confirms the date and the balance is due before install. We invoice; no card is kept on file. For recurring corporate work we can set simpler terms after the first event.
Do you work Los Angeles and San Diego too?
Yes, through the same Southern California partner. If your event moves between counties in one week, a single order can cover it.
