A few things planners usually ask before we get started.
Where do you offer Phoenix plant rentals?
We serve Phoenix and the Valley, including Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale and Peoria. Drop-off and pickup are by arrangement; your proposal confirms event-specific plant availability and logistics.
What sizes and quantities should I request?
Start with the spaces you want to bring to life: an entrance, a stage, a booth or a lounge. We'll suggest statement plants, smaller accents and planters that work together. A floor plan or room photos help us get the scale right.
What does event plant rental cost in Phoenix?
Plant rental starts at a $3,000 minimum per event. Pricing is per plant for your agreed rental duration, with planters included. Delivery is a separate one-time $500 non-taxable charge. Longer rentals are quoted for the full period from drop-off through pickup. Your itemized proposal confirms plant selection, quantities, applicable plant-rental taxes, service responsibilities and the total before booking.
How far ahead should I inquire?
Four to six weeks is ideal, with more time for larger orders or programs with several locations. Working to a closer date? Get in touch and we'll check what's possible. Plants and delivery time are reserved when the booking is confirmed.
Can I request plants for a Scottsdale resort event?
Yes. Tell us the resort, room or outdoor area, and the look you have in mind. We'll plan the greenery around the guest experience and work through the route from unloading to placement, including steps, elevators or longer walks through the property.
Can rental plants be used outside in Phoenix?
Sometimes, depending on the setting and season. Phoenix heat and direct sun can be hard on plants. Share the hours outdoors, shade and an indoor backup so we can help choose a suitable selection and placement plan. We don't staff on-site watering during events.
Can you plan greenery for an activation or launch?
Yes. Send the creative direction, brand palette and a floor plan or a few inspiration images. We'll suggest plants and planters that frame the focal points, look good on camera and leave room for your guests to move.
What does the plant rental service include?
Live plants, their agreed planters, drop-off and event-agreed pickup. Your team or venue handles receiving, interior movement, placement and return to the agreed collection point. Setup, installation, custom-planter assembly and daily on-site care are not included. We confirm the handoff and who will receive and place the plants before booking.
Are you insured, and can I request a COI?
Yes. We're fully insured and provide Certificates of Insurance on request. Send your venue's requirements and deadline, and we'll take care of the paperwork.
What if a rental plant is damaged during the event?
We swap it. Let us know promptly and send a photo so we can arrange the replacement with you. Your approved rental terms set out how damage and replacement are handled.
How do deposits and payment work?
Full payment is due upon receipt of your invoice. Your approved proposal and invoice set out the payment terms and any agreed event-specific exceptions.
Do you offer plant rentals for staging and open houses?
Yes. We rent plants for staging and open houses, with a selection that suits the property and photographs well. Share the showing dates and pickup date so we can quote the right rental period. The $3,000 minimum applies.
