Good to know

Minneapolis–St. Paul questions.

A few helpful details for planning your event.

Where do you offer plant rentals around Minneapolis–St. Paul?

Planning in the Twin Cities? Share the venue with us. We will review the location and confirm the service area and handoff before booking.

Which Minneapolis–St. Paul venues can I plan for?

The Minneapolis Convention Center, Saint Paul RiverCentre, hotels and private event spaces offer many settings for greenery. We review access and show requirements for each request. We confirm the receiving arrangements before booking.

How much does event plant rental cost?

Our minimum is $3,000 per event. Pricing is per plant with planters included, plus a separate one-time $500 delivery charge. One rental price covers up to three days; longer rentals are quoted for the full agreed period. Your proposal confirms the scope and total before booking. Larger programs can scale beyond $100,000.

How far ahead should I inquire?

Four to six weeks is ideal, with more time helpful for larger orders. Shorter notice? Send your dates and we will check what is possible. Availability is confirmed for each event.

Can you work with a show at the Minneapolis Convention Center or Saint Paul RiverCentre?

Share your show requirements and receiving arrangements with us. We review the permitted handoff, service windows and any required credentials before committing. Your team or appointed contractor handles movement inside the venue and placement.

Can I use rental plants outdoors?

Outdoor suitability depends on the season, exposure and time outside. Share your Twin Cities venue and whether the space is covered. We will confirm suitable plant options for the actual event; daily on-site care is not included.

Do you help with launches and brand activations?

Yes. Share the layout and creative direction, and we will suggest plants and planters that suit the look. We offer live-plant rentals; fresh floral design and scenery construction are outside our service.

What does the rental service include?

Live plants in the agreed planters, drop-off and event-agreed pickup. Your team or venue handles receiving, interior movement, placement and return to the agreed collection point. Setup, installation, custom-planter assembly and daily on-site care are not included.

Are you insured, and can you provide a COI?

Yes. The Preserve is fully insured and provides Certificates of Insurance on request. Send the venue requirements so we can review the required documentation.

What if a plant gets damaged?

Let us know promptly and send a photo so we can arrange a replacement with you. Your approved rental terms explain how damage and replacement are handled.

How does payment work?

Payment is due upon receipt unless your approved proposal and invoice specify an agreed deposit arrangement. For a new deposit invoice, the remaining balance is due seven calendar days before the confirmed drop-off. The deposit amount is agreed separately.

Do you rent plants for staging in Minneapolis–St. Paul?

Yes. We can plan greenery around a property and its showing calendar, subject to availability. The $3,000 minimum applies, and longer rentals are quoted for the full period. Ongoing plant maintenance is not offered.
