We coordinate your plant rental around the McEnery's dock access, show schedule, and floor plan. Send us your exhibitor manual, move-in window, and placement notes so we can plan drop-off and pickup. If your layout changes, contact us to coordinate an adjustment.

Do you rent plants for holiday and corporate parties?
Yes. We rent live plants for company holiday parties, office celebrations, employee appreciation events and corporate dinners. Think welcoming entrances, greenery around the bar and relaxed lounge areas. Share your date, venue and preferred look so we can confirm the plant selection, drop-off and pickup. Do you deliver to the San Jose McEnery Convention Center?
Send your event schedule, receiving point and venue requirements. We confirm drop-off and pickup windows before booking; your team or authorized venue labor handles interior movement and placement.
Can you work within our show's move-in and move-out schedule?

Do you coordinate with show management and general contractors?
Yes. For exhibit-hall work we coordinate with your general contractor's schedule and follow the show's rules for deliveries and materials. Tell us who's running the floor and we'll take it from there.
Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance for the McEnery?
Yes. We're fully insured for every event and send COIs directly to the venue or show management, with whatever additional-insured language they require. Include the requirements with your request and the paperwork is handled before load-in.
What does plant rental cost for a McEnery event?
Plant rental starts at a $3,000 minimum per event. Pricing is per plant for your agreed rental duration, with planters included. Delivery is a separate one-time $500 charge. Longer rentals are quoted for the full period from drop-off through pickup. Your itemized proposal confirms plant selection, quantities, service responsibilities and the total before booking. Booth packages typically start at our $3,000 minimum; full-floor and mainstage programs can scale beyond $100,000.
Will the plants last a three-day show without watering?
Yes — that's exactly what we prep for. We choose hardy material for exhibit-hall light, water and groom everything before delivery, and one rental price covers up to three days. We don't staff on-site watering during the show. If a plant needs attention, we coordinate a replacement with your event team and venue.
Can you handle a booth and our offsite party in the same order?
Yes, and it's common during conference weeks. One proposal can cover your booth at the McEnery plus a dinner or reception at a downtown hotel or venue nearby. One delivery team, one invoice.
How far ahead should we book for a McEnery show?
Four to six weeks is ideal, and big shows are worth booking as soon as your booth is confirmed. Because we're local, we can often say yes to rush requests during show week — ask, and we'll tell you straight away what's possible.
What if a plant gets damaged mid-show?
We swap it. Contact us when a plant needs attention, and we will coordinate a replacement with your event team and venue.
How do deposits and payment work?
Full payment is due upon receipt of your invoice. Your approved proposal and invoice set out the payment terms and any agreed event-specific exceptions.
