What we take care of.
Moscone runs on schedules: dock windows, freight doors, move-in days, strike nights. Our job is to fit inside them so the plants are simply there, looking right, when doors open.

What planners and exhibitors ask us about working the center.
Do you deliver to Moscone Center?
Yes. We deliver to Moscone North, South, and West for trade shows, conferences, and keynotes, scheduled to your show's move-in window and dock times. Delivery is billed by scope, and we confirm the windows against your production schedule before we quote.
Can you work within Moscone's move-in windows and dock schedule?
Yes — that's the job. Moscone shows run on tight, scheduled windows, including early-morning calls and overnight strikes. Send your exhibitor manual or production timeline with your request and we'll plan the delivery and strike around the real times rather than guessing.
Do you coordinate with show management and general contractors?
Yes. For exhibit-floor work we coordinate with your general contractor's schedule and follow the show's delivery and material rules. Tell us who's running the floor — Freeman, GES, or another GC — and we'll slot into their process.
Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance for Moscone?
Yes. We're fully insured and send COIs directly to the venue or show management ahead of load-in, with whatever additional-insured language is required. San Francisco venues tend to be specific about this; send the requirements and we'll handle the paperwork.
What does plant rental cost for a Moscone event?
Pricing is per plant, and one rental price covers your event for up to three days. There's a $3,000 minimum per event, and delivery is billed separately based on your window and the size of the install. Booth packages typically land between $3,000 and $5,000; registration, lounge, and mainstage builds run larger, with full-floor and multi-building programs scaling beyond $100,000.
Will the plants last a multi-day show without watering?
Yes. We spec hardy material for exhibit-hall light, water and groom everything before delivery, and one rental price covers up to three days. We don't staff on-site watering during the show; for longer runs, ask about a mid-show refresh visit.
Can one order cover our booth and our offsite dinner or after-party?
Yes, and during big conference weeks it usually should. One proposal can cover the booth at Moscone plus a dinner at a SoMa restaurant, a hotel ballroom, or a rooftop nearby. One team, one invoice.
How far ahead should we book for a Moscone show?
Four to six weeks is ideal, and the big fall and spring conference weeks book out earliest. If your show is sooner than that, ask anyway — we'll tell you straight away what's possible for your date.
What if a plant gets damaged mid-show?
We swap it. We keep healthy backups in rotation at our shop and schedule replacements around your show hours.
How do deposits and payment work?
A 50% deposit up front so we can source the exact plants and planters your event needs, and the remaining 50% one week before the event. Events fewer than 20 calendar days away are paid in full at booking, since sourcing and scheduling start immediately. No payment is taken before you've seen and approved the proposal.

Renting is reusing. One ficus can appear at dozens of events over its lifetime, and nothing ends up in a dumpster when yours is over.
